Nightly Rate:

$220 + $150 cleaning fee +12% TOT

2 night minimum stay; 3 night minimum stay on holiday weekends

Signed contract + Photo ID required

Weekly Rate (6 nights):

$1200 + $150 cleaning fee +12% TOT

Monthly Rate (31 nights):

$5500 + $300 cleaning fee (no TOT)

Pet fee for one pet: $50 with signed Pet Protocols

The maximum capacity for both overnight & day use at Stone’s Throw is 4 adults and 4 children.
